Vsc Warning Light

I have recently been geting the VSC warning light and the TRC OFF Warning light on a 2008 Toyota Avensis TR. It doesnt appear to be on all the time but could be linked with speed/distance. I recetly had two tyres put on the back of the car that are slightly wider than the tyres on the front.The tyres are all 17"" but the back two are 5mm wider. Would anyone know if this might be causing the warning lights to come on?

i get these lights sometimes in heavy wind, when i called toyota they said it was normal for it to turn of in hevy side wind
