my engine warning light has jus come on but had a mate around to hav a look but he cant find a problem wit it!! is der anyting i shud look out for?

What engine is it? Petrol or Diesel? How many miles on clock? If its a oil burner it could be the EGR valve cocking up? Any loss of coolant or a black tinge in the coolant? Any white marks on the plastic cover on top of the engine? Go from there. :thumbsup:
