I'm a st202 owner and have a major servicing problem that is getting me really  the spark plugs are buried deep in the engine and when i place the tool in it seems like there is a rubber round the spark plug restricting the use of the tool so im unable to remove the sparkplug i know there is one fitted under a screw on top of the engine with a rubber seal in the crankcase but its the rubbers inside the engine what do i do

If that was me....I would get a spark plug socket and remove the rubber and then insert it in to that certain spark plug hole....no doubt the rubber is from a previous spark plug change and has been left behind....using a socket with no rubber I would loosen the spark plug and then wiggle the tool about for a good fit to extract that plug...hope this helps
