Charlie, yes if the price of the Rav XT4 is anything to go by.The problem is the Car dealers whether Main or Indy know that it costs at least £300 to get on and off the island by the Steamracket, so they have a captive audience.

What most do including my Dad is go off island and do the deal either by phone or online.

My Dad when he bought his Urbancruiser contacted RBM Northallerton and did the deal with them and they even brought it up to Heysham docks for him.

Well the £300 is well covered on the screen price of the car above ... Are there any hidden taxes when taking a vehicle over to the IOM ? Is there any obligation to re register the car onto IOM plates or any other silly costs involved ??

If You spot any vehicle within a sensible mileage of Edinburgh I will happily go take a look for You.. Oh and I can haggle ..... Plus I do know My way round a car ...
