Hi All

Ive had my corolla t-sport for a couple of years now. Still get a smile every time i hit lift!

Mods include - Tein Super Street Coilovers (lowest setting of course!), Rota Grids 16's with gold wheel nuts, Custom Back Box, Custom Manifold, K&N filter, Walbro fuel pump and Camcon T ECU.

Im tempted to change the toyota badges to gold but not to sure.

Enjoy

Welcome to TOc dude

Very nice car and some decent mods.

Where did you get your custom manifold done?

also how do you rate the difference the Walbro fuel pump and Camcon T ECU made?

cheers luke

Thanks Luke

Custom manifold was made by a little shop in Kent called Bower Tyres who do all sorts of custom work. It is by far the best mod i have. The mid range pickup is so much better.

The Walbro fuel pump was quite good seems to pull smoother and suprisingly fuel economy improved. The Camcon is the most recent mod and needs to a bit of play, hopefully it will unleash the potential more.

Nice mods, looking very good!

I would just have taken 17" wheels, and maybe you can put some shorter springs on the coilovers, for that little more lowering :D

Thanks Scotty. I would of liked 17's as well but the 16's were going for £150 and i had a set of new toyo proxes.

The walbro was not a direct fit and took a bit of playing around to fit. I surprised by how many people dont change the fuel pump very cost effective mod.

The manifold was £350 (mates rates!)

Your tyre size is 205/50/16 or 195/55/16?

Neither 205/55/16, standard corolla tyre size. Ive still got the original alloys with winter tyres on which i will swap round next month.

I was running 195/45/16 and the car was scrapping every damn speed bump!

The standard corolla TS tyre size is 195/55/16 (factory size). It is not 205/55/16.

No problem my friend. I was just going to suggest that you try 205/50/16. Since you have your car lowered so much, I believe that it would look good with the lower tyre profile.

205/50/16 give you a more sporty look and better handling feeling (wider tyre).

I know I lot of corolla owners who have changed to this setting (including myself).

Ofcourse, I can understand that you already had the new toyos. I am just saying to keep this in mind for the future.

Very beautiful corolla by the way. :yahoo:

When you changed the standard air box for a k&n filter was there much change in the running of your engine? I've heard some cars don't like modified air intakes, I want to install a pod filter to my own corolla :)

B.T.W,  sweet car, you should try black badges on it, although the chrome ones really stand out on it
