Hello all fellow Avensis owners :)

I have recently purchased a 2004 Tspirit 2.4 petrol model, they seem to be quite rare! All the handbooks were missing :( I've bought an Owners Manual but I'm looking for a TNS 300 navigation manual, can't find one anywhere:( Toyota told me the manual has been discontinued). Does anyone know where I can buy one or would anyone be prepared to photocopy/scan theirs and send/email to me? I would be happy to pay for this.... or can anyone help me with the following - when I bought the car, the display showed average fuel guidance on one side and miles left before fuel needed on the other. I changed the display so that the Sat Nav display is now on one side. I now can't change it back to how it was originally and the sat Nav display is showing all the time, whether I want it or not. I've spent hours messing about trying to alter it but to no avail. I can't remember what I pressed to get the Sat Nav display there in the first place or I'd try and reverse the process!

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks

If I am not wrong, you long press the display button (or central rotatory button) and it should take you to settings, where you can switch that.

Hope that helps.

I've tried everything now. It will let me change the settings within the sat nav but not change it to another screen. I've tried takin the disc out of the system but it then says Enter DVD Rom. It seems impossible to change. Does anyone have a TNS 300 handbook which tells you how to switch the Sat Nav off?

To turn off the sat nav, you need to long press the central rotatry button.

To change the display, long press the display buttong.

If you still struggle and wants to buy TNS 300 manual, send me pm and I will get quotation from my local dealer.
