Jetsral 109

Hi all,

Getting 4 new tyres fitted next week, so expecting the tyres & wheels to be a bit mucky from the fitting process so have looked at different products to spruce them up afterwards, so after a bit of internet browsing have come up with a couple of questions. How much should I be paying for a 1 litre of Jet seal 109 and is it any good ?

Was thinking of cleaning my alloys with Very Cherry first then giving it the 109 treatment afterwards. Is this the way to go ?

Any tips, recommendations, etc. appreciated

For the wheels you want FinishKare FK1000 hi temp mold release wax.

About £25 for a tub from online automotive and boating/fibreglassing suppliers.

I used Jetseal on charlie's recommendation. It was about £25 delivered and seems to be holding up well after about 6 months.

All and any Waxes I have tried seem to Me to hold onto the brake dust ! I have used Jetseal 109 on wheels for a long time and find brake dust does not stick..

Jetseal is a sealant not a wax. Its durability is fantastic. Shine and appearance is also very very good.

I have been applying a few coats to My new set of winter wheels and its amazing how its highlighted the metal flake in the painted areas...

Dont forget to do the backs ..................

The important thing to remember when using Jetseal 109 is that once applied to the wheel or paint it must be allowed to cure for at least 20 minutes or it just does not last for long.. I haven't a clue why !
