Hi guys, i am new to this forum, and potentially new to avensis. I found 1 that i like, but mileage is about 70K, for 2009 avensis. What you recon, is it too much, any experience with those new-shaped ones?

PS the model i am looking at is 2.0 diesel

Hi mate,

not much to worry about with a 2009 Avensis diesel at 70k miles unless it's been a taxi in which case many parts can be worn by 70k around town.

Look for a car with full service history preferably Toyota and a car with at least 2 ignition keys and the satnav dvd disc if fitted, also the owners manual for the car and satnav. If you don't get a spare key it will cost you around £160.00 for a new one and if you ever lose a key and have no spare it could well cost over £1200.00 to get the car running again.
