Could any one give me advice on what I should be looking to pay for a 98(S) TOYOTA STARLET GLS 1.3. 42k

first car and i'm a bit lost

well i paid £1500 for my starlet sportif on a 97 r plate. it had done 90k but had a recon engine at 78k. just over £1000 work done to it so i thought that was not to bad.

if u look on autotrader.com...u can pick up a starlet of that age for half that price.
