Squeaking After New Shock Installed?

Hi Guys

I have a avensis d4d 2006 (facelift) just had a new Toyota shock fitted,

at first all seemed fine, now after a few days (150km) there is now a squeaking coming from that same area when I go over bumps/ramps,

sounds like a squeaking spring , but i'm not sure?

Any ideas,
