Condensate Escaping From Air Con

I have a 57 plate Avensis which recently had a problem with the air con condensate pipe becoming blocked. Before I realised, the passenger footwell was awash with water. I pulled the water condensate pipe back through the bulkhead and cleared the blockage (pro tip: make sure you have a container to hand before you do this, or prepare for another pint of water to hose onto the carpet as you watch, helpless. DAMHIKT).

The main bulk of the water in the carpet has now dried out nicely, but there still seems to be some trace of water coming from the air con unit behind the centre console. The sound deadening felt is damp, and isn't drying out. Access is a bugger, but the pipe is securely in place.

Anything I could do to check?
