Indeed it does! Normally these things expire when you change car. I wonder what the catch is, I notice in the Ts & Cs you don't get brake sensors, but I notice the labour fee is not mentioned. Perhaps it's just as simple as them trying to promote repeat business and MOTs.

There's got to be a catch somewhere, Probably when you take your car in for brakes you'll be presented with a list of other things that need attention in the hope they get the work. You get nowt for nowt in this world

Like yes sir you need new discs,

How much is it to have them fitted in the 1st place?

After x ammount of years will you still have the reciept/would you have lost it by then?

This is the catch.

"You must carry out all other brake repairs (to brake discs, drums, cables and hydraulics) found during an inspection or service within 10 days to continue to claim the free replacement"

They tell you there is something wrong, you cannot say no to the repair. If you do, the free brake for life thing ends. So no doubt they will find some issue and no doubt labour costs apply to all other issues. If you look closely only the brake pad fitting is free.

I doubt it's cheap fitting. The fact they charge a fiver to change a bulb says it all.

On some cars for certain bulbs that would be a bargain

Too true, the whole light cluster has to come out on certain Audi A4's, in fact the owner manual suggests that you must take the car to a dealer if one of your headlight bulbs fail !
