Is This Car Stolen

Right bit of a wierd post this to be honest,

But in my area ( France ) there is this supra REG W786 TOF Black Veilside bonnet.

Eco's from people reckon it's stolen so if it is i'd like to get some information.

I really hope this car is not stolen but, if it is i would like it to find it's original owner as it's still in working order.

because it's not insured for one i have confirmation on that and also allot of people in the local car clubs say it's a stolen car.
