1998 Avensis 1.8 7A-Fe - Rattle From A/c Pulley

I've owned my 1998 Avensis 1.8 (7A-FE) Auto for 5 years - it's been a great car. It has a rattle that I think comes from the A/C belt tensioner pulley (it seems to wobble very slightly). The rattle is worse when the engine or the outside temperature is cold (e.g. in winter). It is also more noticeable when the engine is under slight (but not high) load. I had the pulley replaced in March this year and although this never solved the problem, it did improve it (i.e. rattle went away when the engine warned up). Now the problem is back again - maybe as winter approaches and the temperature is colder.

Anyone else suffered from this or have any ideas? I could have the pulley replaced again but maybe there is more to the problem than this?
