Man,, i am having a hard time with this 1989 supra turbo,,i purchased the car about a month ago and it looks great but the clutch was slipping at high rpm WHEN the car got warm or after driving for approx 25 minutes it would slip..Anyway i had it replaced and saw the old clutch which was worn pretty bad and the flywheel look burned also.. after i had the flywheel turned and ordered a new zoom clutch set and had it put in,, moments ago ,,i got on the interstate and drove approx 20 minutes and got my boost up around 4 psi when all the sudden it started AGAIN....SLIPPING... Help ,, is there such a thing as break in period?? any sugg would be helpful B/C i feel as though i just blew 400.00 bucks out the window and it could poss be a clutch slave cylender? or something else,, what about adjustment you can barely touch the clutch and it engages,,letting the rpms rise very quickley...PLEASE HELP,, I AM READY TO SELL...

THANKS

Simple answer.... Yes there is a wear in period, or at least I hope there is as I had the same prob with my new clutch for a little while. I am glad to say it's now bedded in nicely and no slip at all....
