Bought my rav4 four months ago 2.0l petrol.2001

Heard a rubbing noise so i thought while i had a six month warranty with it i would return it to the garage i bought it from

Turned out it needed new brakes on the back which i knew were not covered but when i asked how much the damage was i was told forget it sir just enjoy your new car

That goes a long way in my book

Excellent stuff....All too often we hear so many negative stories about dealers but this kind of service is often all too rare! You were lucky, but bet you take it back for any paid work the next time!
