D4D Missing Connection On Pipe In Engine Bay

My 2006 T3-S D4D had its clutch and dual mass fly wheel replaced a month or so ago. I am concerned that the job was not done particularly well.

I don't know if the exhaust system needed to be removed and replaced but since the work was done it certainly sounds as though there is a hole in it and I wondered if it has not been reconnected properly. I tried to have a look within the engine bay to see if I could see anything. I could not really see the exhaust but I did notice there is a screw fitting to a pipe going into the passenger bulkhead that looked as though it should have something connected to it (the red arrow on the attached photograph). The thread was not dirty, unlike the rest of the engine bay but I could not see anything hanging loose that might screw in to it. Does anyone know if there should be something screwed in here and what it is?

Also, is there supposed to be something screwed in to the area indicated by the yellow arrow?

Thanks

no need to remove the exhaust but the thing in your pic is one of the a/c pipes and their should be a grey dust cap on this

and the hole with the yellow arrow is ment to be empty...

Yep... You have 2 metal pipes with 2 grey dust caps on them. One has a "H" (High) and one has a "L" (Low) port. Its for re-gassing the air con system. Just get a dust cap thats all.
