Rear Bumper Problems

Hello

I have recently fitted a towbar to my 2008 RAV 4 XTR this involved removing the rear bumber.

Everything went to plan but after refitting the bumber I have noticed that it will not fit flush with the rear wing near the wheel arch. Its all gone back in the same place but I cant get the bumper to line up with arch. Its only a problem with one side the other side is smack on,

Anyone got any ideas?

It fits with claws. Take that bolt out and hit it with the side of your fist. If that doesn't work, take the bumper of and just have a closer examination.
