Hi, there is a loud knock coming from my rear wheel mostly when i slow down. any ideas anyone?

Does it do it when cornering too? Could be a suspension issue, or maybe even the exhaust banging

What car are we talking here?

You've got GT4 in your profile but 2003 as the year. But the GT4 stopped production in 1999.

I assume you have an ST205 GT4 (Quad Headlight) in which case most suspension knocks are caused by worn out superstruts on the front.
