there seems to be some difference between the Yaris HSD and the Prius C though looking at the photos available.

Gah! I hate vidoes like that. They do it with music videos these days as well. They spend what seems like a quarter of a second on almost every scene, everything flashes by so fast you don't actually get a chance to see anything.
