hi guys my 94 starlet gt is playing up lately when i drive sometimes my orange engine management light comes off and turns off after a few mins please can someone help me???

Most probably you have a fault that comes and go. Try to find out wich fault code you have in the computer of the car. It is rather easy. You put a jump wire between E1 and TE1 in the diagnostic box. Then you turn on the ignition and start to count the flashes of the enginelight on the dashboard. When you have the faultcode you know where to start looking.

To clear fault codes you just pull the EFI fuse for some seconds.

did u sort it ? make sure all the connector pins are making contackt they wear out from vibtations

not yet my mechanic a lazy man hopefully dis week so when i find out how many blinks it does where do i get code from??

when u bridge t1 and te1 in the diagnostic socket near Battery IGNITION OFF then turn ignition on and the engine light flashes .get back whit the codes to us
