Here is a link to a dutch company that have lot of new toyota parts. http://www.cartoyota.nl/contents/nl/d545.html

I hope the link will work. I had a picture of the blue leanburn injectors on my screen when I copied the address to the site.

Hi Balikbayan while we are the subject of parts and that you live in Holland do you know of any specialist spares people who might sell a variable timing cam gear wheel suitable for the carina e 1.8 You know the type that can be altered in varing degrees when one renews the cambelt?

I would like to experiment in this area when i get round to gas flowing the cyl head on my car which is an the auto model as i am more interested in some extra mpg than speed at my age

I thought i had identified one with a japanese parts place on the internet and when i gave him the part number listed he replied with a blunt "NO" and would not discuss it any further

No Petroleum, I don't live in Holland. I have been at Shiphol airport a couple of times, but that is all i have been in Holland. I live in Sweden. I just came over that dutch site some years ago when I was looking for good places to buy parts for the Carina.

I do know what you mean, but I am afraid that I don't know where to get it, sorry.

The injectors for the leanburn engines are very expensive. I bought some second hand 2 or 3 years ago, but I have used them already. I found the "last" and only that was for sale that summer here in Sweden. I paid half the price than this dutch company is asking for brand new ones. MrT was asking much more money for the same injectors.

My advise is try to find good second hand injectors or buy the brand new from this dutch company.

Hi, I got a new injecter from Euro car parts last year for 95 quid for my '96 1.8 gli. They were the best I could find at the time.
