Install Question

If you want to install a GPS tracker, for example this one: http://www.obd-partner.nl/gps-tracking-systeem-globaltrace-g260-btg-240 then where do I connect it to a permanent 12V access point behind the dashboard? I looked inside the fuse box but couldn't find much documentation that describes a possible connection point, or should I try something behind the cigarette lighter or near the car radio. Is there an official way to do this sort of thing?

get a power prob have the keys out the ignition and prob some wires to see which one gives you a perm live..the radio will have a perm live
