Hi, i purhased my 57 plate T180 in september this year, in the last few weeks the mpg has dropped from 41 to around 35, doin the same style of driving and same journeys, could there be any reason as to why it has dropped so much?

Thanks

The cold weather is probably causing the D-Cat system to be regenerating more frequently, thus using more fuel.

If you have a search in the Auris/Avensis/RAV4 forums you will find thread after thread on this subject. The 180's are a very complicated beast

Your thinking EGR valve, have a search for RickD4D's guide, its a simple job. The D-Cat system sort of cleans the DPF ;)
