Evening guys, this is my first post so i hope its not one that has been covered ooodles of timmes before hand.

A friend of mine has a rolling road and wanted to try out some stock standard cars. So i took the Aygo down.

After 3 runs that were pretty consistent it averages 58bhp and 90/ft/lb tourque. The last part is a lot higher than standard.

Has anyone else experienced the same or no of anyone, as it close to 30 ft/lb higher than book quote.

Thanks in advance.

Adam

That's quite low power for a petrol Aygo but about right for a Diesel one.

The colder weather (denser air) might be a factor with the torque.

More info please.

Its nicely run in at 52k, interesting point on the tourque. Runs well no issues never has done. Its a honest example. Maybe thats just the way they are, realy need someone else who's been on one to clarify. :(

I've done 2 tests with my Aygo on different Dyno's.

The first one came to 72bhp/102Nm, the second one came in at 64bhp/90Nm.

With the factory-spec being 68bhp/93Nm I'm not too disappointed after 5 years.

And you DO have to remember that every test on a rolling road is

calculated back to HP at the crank, so they're not too accurate...
