Wikango 700

I was given a Wikango 700 speed camera detection device as a Xmas present from my daughter. A few days ago I decided to install it and was horrified to find that the user manual was in French! When I switched the device on it began speaking in French so it was not going to be much good for me as I don't speak French. I literally spent hours and hours searching the internet for an English version of the user manual - without success. The Wikango website was no help. I saw several comments on consumer review websites stating that it was not possible to get an English version of the manual. The Wikango detector cost £99 so I was not going to give up that easily and after much thought eventually found a solution. I downloaded the French user manual from Wikango and used the free Google translation service. I have now got an English version of the manual (alas without any diagrams!) and have since downloaded the detector settings from Wikango. Used it today in the car and it works well - can recommend it but remember you'll need to get a manual!
