Under Power

I drove down to Bristol from Birmingham yesterday an my 1995 Rav 4 short although comfy just didn't seem to cut it, it maybe because I'm used to real power; Toyota Celica GT4 - BMW 530i Msport - Saab 2.0t - Mitshbushi EVO 2 - Scooby Impreza - Toyota Glanza V but the car seemed to just feel right at 50 almost as if that's what it could do. I did manage to get it upto 75/80mph but it felt like a fight an so I'm just woundering if their was anyway to squees any extra power, or a better engine 3S-GE/GTE?

Don't get me wrong for it's size 0-60 is impressive but it just doesn't seem to have the power after.

With no passengers, the car will be happy running along at 70-80mph altho the gearing is set for mild off road, 5th gear should allow a max of around 95 from memory.

Is the engine needing serviced/ new plugs/ fuel filter cleared?

Theres a bit on here and a topic very recently in the last 2 weeks on swapping the engine for another 3 series type. I doubt you'd be able to handle the 3SGTE version ! :shutit: :shutit: They fly!
