To be honest the Gen7 brakes are not the best and often feel spongey, even when there is nothing wrong. Though it does depending on how spongey.

The basic solution is to upgrade the discs & pads. The good solution is to upgrade the discs, pads, hoses & fluid. The best solution is to fit a BBK.

Yeah I heard they are not great but these are very bad pedal went to the floor earlier wasn't fun!! It has uprated discs and and red stuff pads at the mo but they are nicely warped!! So I'll be changing them when the moneys roll in end of month what BBK you got on yours looks impressive!?

If the discs are "warped", then the prob is with the caliper sticking or the disc is not sitting on the hud 100% correctly. Discs don't warp, the "warp" is due to uneven disc wear. So fully check your pad wear levels across the whole pad & check the calipers complete movement, including sliders.

You may have a leak from the second lines from the master cyclinder if the pedal is going down all the time.

My BBK cost about £650 and is awsome, but I had previously been using (all round) EBC turbo groved disc, yellow stuff pads, braided lines & 5.1 fluid.
