Got corrosion on the seem, have just replied to your post actually about the smell of petrol, I was getting the same thing from mine, that's when I found out about my tank.

Have you tried tcb.parts?, failing that you could try Nix on celica club.

Hi Keith. My car has developed the same problem. I almost sourced a part from TCB Parts as previously mentioned, ( I intended to buy it on Friday, but somebody had beat me to it!!!). I 'll have to look again as the car is running fine if I don't fill it above half a tank, I'm in no desparate rush to change it.
