i have an intermitant problem with my rev 4 mr2 when i start my engine sometimes the ABS light does not go out

also when the ABS light stays on my Battery is not charging and the meter needle does not register charging if i switch my engine off then back on the ABS light goes out and i have a full charge rate any body got any ideas?

if the batterys not getting a charge then the abs fails to get 12v so it flags a fault(needs 12v to work)..your alternator brushes are prob on their way out so time for a recon alternator

alternator is only 1 week old
