Problem With My Celica, Help If You Can.

I have a 2001 1.8 VVTI Celica I have taken a picture of what I think is wrong with the car at the moment. I have the fault code read that as well, the mechanic told me that. I have the engine management light on and this may be why. I have uploaded a picture of what the problem might be. What is the exact part I need is the question? Where can I buy it from and can I fit it myself? Thanks in advance.
