Trying To Put On My Rev5 Spoiler

After trying to decide how the thing goes together ( prob have built it wrong.. lol ). I finally went out to put it on.

Ok... all bolts etc coming off fine.. no probs. ( using a socket set ). Then I come across a bolt with a massive bit sticking out it so the socket won't even go over it and reach the bolt. Any ideas ?? I'm stuck.

Also the rev3 is held on by 2 bolts and a screw at either side. The rev5 seems to want 3 bolts per side. Will it be ok with just the two ? Or should I somehow get that screw to fit ?

ok... spoiler on etc, etc.

It has a bit of gunky sticky cack stuck to it though which came off the tape used on the bubble wrap. Any ideas how to remove it ? The rain has just made it worse.. lol
