Rav4 2003 D4D Dtc Readout

Hi, I have a RAV4 2003 D4D diesel and are in need for a scan tool that can read and reset fault codes. This car is NOT ODB II compliant as this was implemented after the 2004 facelift on this model. Anyone knows of a scan tool for this vehicle? Autel MaxiDiag JP701?? Axel
