it seems the front window washer pump has had it or it got disconnected, the one for the back is working fine

do you know how to get to it?

It's the same pump for both front and back, so it sounds like you've got a blockage or (as you say) the pipe has disconnected.

It's a pain in the auris to do but you can follow the clear plastic pipes from the washer bottle with a small torch. If you try to spray first there should be some fluid in the pipes to follow.

I tried disconnecting the pipe altogether
