Everyone will have their own choice as to which make of oil, use a top brand name such as Castrol,Mobil,etc. A 5/30 viscosity with the ACEA rating system of B5 in its spec,this is a fuel saving oil thatis high performance and extended drain so you can run the full 10k miles on it, if you want to go a step further a ACEA C3 rated oil will give you all these benifits plus catalyst friendly by being a low sulphated ash oil.

5w/40 Shell helix fully synthetic....

Proven to last 10k. Miles without a top up running on dog poo fuels.

May kill a few trees though, but rather a tree than an engine..................

which Shell helix 5w-40 exactly?

i am using 5w40 ultra diesel. i am shocked, today i have read that it should have a C2 specification, because my filter has the DPF.

on my ultra diesel, they wrote that it is not the best choice for DPF. what can happend?
