Cab Heater Problem

Hello all again,

Aside from my previous post (which has only just recently started) i'm having problems with the heating in the cab.

Basically its only managing to get luke warm. Its not been working properly for some time but not been too bothered as the whether has been quite miled until recently.

Again the the coolant levels are fine and I don't believe there is any air in the system either as the pipes going into the heater matrix are getting hot (until my most recent problem with a suspected open thermostat anyway).

I have got climate control and you can hear the motor turn when you increase and decrease the temperature dial. I've noticed now though that this is not the case and it only seems to turn intermittently at certain points moving through the temp dial.

Could this be the source of the problem and if so has anyone any idea's how to fix it...? (its cold out and its a sod trying to clear the screen)
