Complaining

As yet have had very littlte to complain about the new format but yesterday and today every couple of minutes i have reload the TOC cos it just locks up and i cant do nothing with it.

No trouble on other websites.

this message is now coming up.

Seems to be mostly happening on general dicussions.

I've had that message a few times before but not on this site (not yet anyway). Just click on the option to stop the script running. I've no idea what causes it. Here's a link that explains these scripts http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308260

There are several javascripts running in the background on the new TOC. I use FireFox with AdBlock to block these scripts. The result is the site runs much faster and is more responsive. Here are the elements I have blocked right now:

Thanks James,trying TOC on FIrefox at the moment and it seems ok.

At least its gone a lot longer than before without the problem showing up.

Fingers crossed.

I understand that the admin is still fine tuning things at the moment and these kind of hiccups will be sorted.

I'm using Firefox too as I was having loads of problems with windows explorer, it kept freezing up on all sites. Switched to Firefox and no problems since :)
