Hi all,

Haven't been on here for a long time.

I'm about to do a full service can anyone confirm i have the correct quantity and specs please? (I know the engine is not what toyota specify).

Engine oil, 4.5L 5w40 fully synthetic diesel oil Comma

Gearbox, 75w90 GL4 think its semi synthetic?

Clutch fluid - what quantity? and what grade etc?

Brakes - DOT4 1.9L

If anyone has any helpful info about what sort of oils to use or why not to use, I'm all ears.

Thanks in advance

Siray

Currently Toyota use 5-30 semi synthetic I believe.

Gearbox: I would only use synthetic due to its longer life.. and the costs excess over lots of miles is minimal.. Grade is correct.

Clutch fluid is I believe shared with brake fluid .. one reservoir.. (at least it is on Mark 1) . DOT4 is correct.

I use either Toyota's own oil and filters - they offer a 50% discount on oil so price is reasonable.. or fully synthetic if ASDA has a deal on. Currently using 5-30 Castrol fully synthetic..

Used 5-30 semi Toyota in past.
