Problem With Starlet Gt Seats Into My Sr

Hi there,

complete newbee on here. i have owned my starlet sr for approx 6 months, love it!!!

Just find the basic seats a bit rubbish (no support), bought some gt seats (which i assumed would bolt staight in)

the runner nearest the center of the car seems to short (1/4inch) so the hole doesnt line up to put the bolt it

only tried the passenger side because of this

do i need to do some alterations

What have you guys done??? any help greatfully received

I've had gt seats in my sr aswell

They do in theory bolt straight in

The only thing that stops them going in is a stud on one of the runners, you need to cut that off, I'll have a look on my seats and take a pic to show you

As my seats are out of the car cos I got bucket seats
