Squeeky Rear Wheels

hi can anyone help, the rear wheels on my car ( 2007 1.8) make a regular and loud squeek,squeek at very low speed,this disappears at higher speeds,i,m thinking about checking this out myself before getting into a potentialy costly garage remedy,so anyone suggest what to look for what to check, etc etc.

Mine did this too.

Toyota didn't find any fault on a recent MOT and inspection, but my discs and pads need replacing at only 33k, so I think there is an issue somewhere, probably the calipers sticking.

Pads need greasing I had the same problem but once greased the noise went away either that or your due some new pads get branded rather than budget.

Make sure calliper slides and pistons are free, if pads are worn replace and coper slip metal edges and pad rear metal surface's. If pads do not require replaced clean disc and pad braking surfaces with Brake Cleaner and wipe clean with clean cloth or blow dry with compressed air, coper slip pads as above. and all should be OK
