Brake Porportioning Valve 02 Vvti

Hi just bought a yaris and had a quick once over at Toyota and they were saying the brake porportioning valve is in need of replacing which is pricey so I thought someone on here may know he to maybe take apart and clean/lubricate it

They are a sealed unit, you cannot take them apart

D you know if they can be bought second hand or a patten part ???

Im sure there are plenty of breakers you could try and get a second hand one from, the only issue with that is A: Does the second hand one work and B: Is it the same? There are different valves for jap and French built cars. i doubt there would be a pattern one on the market.
