Auris Alloy Decisions

hi all.

bought a set of the SR auris 17" alloys from eBay to put on my hybrid, they are going to need powdercoated but i cant decide which colour to go for against the white,

Do i stay with the safe silver option,or do i go for the slightly darker anthracite colour,i dont really want to go black as i feel you lose the shape of the wheel if you go to dark, decisions!!!

I think the top one looks better. You're right about black alloys - wouldn't look good

Don't be boring and forget about the silver :) Just go for grey or even white. If you want to get something more special, paint them in blue (the same as theme colour of hybrid)!

Have you been thinking about using two colours? Maybe grey and a bit of white? White only for the "top side" of the rim so you can wash the rims from the "front" to make them look clean.. No need to wash in between the spokes too often.

Oh well, great ideas after being awake for too long :D

Silver for me.

The TTE style wheels really suit the Auris

Have you considered Gunmetal ? It would be a nice contrast with the white body too . . . . . . . :)
