Rikki, great result, good to get the run at Dastek aswell...you know it makes sense.....are you sure your car is completely standard? have you checked the ECU yet? it maybe a Mines ECU or something other than standard.

yeah its at the rear left hand side when you look from the back of the car. The standard is a denso ECU. there might even be a piggyback ala Unichip, should be there somewhere also.

cheers.

Once I get some clothes on I'll go and check.

Gerry at Dastek said its probably stock but just a good one. Ryan's MR2 (the white one with the kit thats in Dastek at the moment) also came out at 270bhp as standard so could just be some of the L reg ones were pretty tight from the factory.

I'll get me clobber on and go ECU hunting in 10 mins...

Just checked and managed to break two of the little black pop clips that hold the trim onto the boot :(

Its a standard unit, no piggybacks or anything to be seen (no spliced loom or extra connectors).

So where do I get new plugs from ?

LOL

have you checked the ECU yet?

Then:

I'll have a look at the ECU and see, its hidden in the boot isnt it?

Then:

yeah its at the rear left hand side when you look from the back of the car.

Then

Just checked and managed to break two of the little black pop clips that hold the trim onto the boot

& finaly:

I need those aswell so if you find any let me know

Looks to me like a sinister plan for msherry21 to get enough people together with broken clips to FIND a supplier and start a group buy so it's cheaper ;)

:D

I need some for the front plastic around behind the spare tyre

Cheers

Your results just go to show how Toyota downplays the rev 3 figures......

Some1 with a stock GT4 should RR. It would be interesting as the GT4 is rated officially 255ps or around 250bhp due to charge cooling.
