Looking For Classic / Restored / Racing Toyota Cars For Toyota Blog

Hi,

We have launched a new blog at Pinkstones Toyota and we would like a big part of it to feature interesting cars on there! Our professional photographer will take photographs of the car and we'll write a short article about it and the owner. Naturally, you'll be given a copy of the high resolution images too!

If you have any of the following (or know someone who has!) then please let us know :

  • a classic Toyota car
  • a restored Toyota car
  • own a Toyota which is a project car, for restoration or something else
  • if you race your Toyota
  • modified

We know there are a lot of keen enthusiasts that have cars which need shouting about - but finding them is another thing!

Is there anyone on this forum which has a car they would like featured?!

Ideally, someone in the Stoke on Trent / Stafford / Crewe / other surrounding areas round Staffordshire. However, if you live further than this and still want the feature then let us know and we'll see what we can arrange.

If you don't want to reply on here, please call on 01782 599 111 and ask for Laura, or email Laura at im@pinkstones.toyota.co.uk

Thanks,

Laura

This will be on-going as-well, as we're looking to update it with a feature on a cool car regularly! :)

Mine is not a classic, a race car or anything sproty, but it is a bit ofa project, and probably not like your average response!

Would you be interested in my car? It is modified but fairly tastefully I believe.

It's a 1989 Corolla GTi-16, I fully rebuilt the 4A-GE engine and have done bits and pieces about the car - my first project which I started when I was 14 and have now finished a few years on. Although of course they're never finished!

If you'd like you could do a duet of my dads GTi and my white GTi (His has since been stolen and recovered and needs work - that's if we decide we can keep it)

And have a GTi 1UZ-FE V8 project currently on going.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the delay in replying! I didn't get an email notification of responses so didn't know to look back (I may have to adjust my settings!)

Those cars look great and yes we're certainly interested in project cars too! They don't even have to be finished, lol! As far as we're concerned, we're looking for the real enthusiastic owners who love their car and want to show it off. Ideally, we'd like you to be able to come to Stoke so we can do a photoshoot (and give you the images) but if this can't be arranged, we'll still happily post the feature using whatever photographs of your own.

Our first one has just been published on the blog but from the look of things I'm not allowed to post a link sadly :(

If you drop me an email with the info at im@pinkstones.toyota.co.uk then I'll get back to you, so we can try and arrange either a photoshoot or a way to do the feature without the photoshoot if you can't make it. We're also interested in any YouTube videos you may have of your car/s so feel free to send those too! :)

Cheers!!

Laura
