Cycle Carriers

Can anyone recommend a good (2) cycle carrier for my 2007 Avensis hatchback please (no tow bar fitted)? Up to £100, preferably. What does Mr T charge for this accessory?

Hi Galad.

Called at my local Toyota dealer yesterday and asked about accessories for my Auris.On the Toyota website very few are mentioned So i asked if there are anymore available.

There are,they printed off 4 pages for me. and a mentione is a barracuda bike carrier.left side and right side whatever that means at £79.75 each.

So ive no doubt they do one for your Avensis and there should not be much difference in price.but fitting would be extra though. you will have to ask.

Mont Blanc Barracuda are very easy to put on, and bikes mount to them easily, built in security when the bike is attached (cannot remove from roof bars), the mounting arm can be reversed for each side of the car., They are T Track and normal roof bar compatible, you should be able to get a pair for about 100...

Get on eBay mate and buy genuine Mr T ones for a song!...
