Graham, what did you get with the unit? are you using it with an Android phone running Torque? Are you using it on a laptop ? if so what software you using? have you got the right comms port?

Here's the ELM327 that I've got and works fine with the iQ and Andriod.

I am using the torque app on my android phone (plus some others). I can pair the unit but cannot connect to the ECU despite trying different protocols and headers.
