86 Camry Fuel Problem 2se

After rebuilding my 2SE engine and reassembling everything, the injectors do not work. Have sprayed starter fluid into intake and engine runs 5 seconds and then stops. Timing is ok, compression is ok, ignition is ok, fuel rail is full of fuel and pressurized. Have checked each injector and resistance is ok. Replaced all o'rings and rubber seals in injectors.

Have unplugged an injector connector and placed a "noid" light in the connector in the wiring harness to watch pulses, but no flashes when cranking. Have also disconnected the cold start injector and placed the "noid" light in that connector. Again the "noid" light does not flash.

The ECU self test flashes one pulse every 3 seconds indicating the computer system is ok.

Hope someone can help with a diagnosis to get this car running.

Any Ideas ? What else should I check?

Thanks for your help for this frustrated mechanic. :ffs:
