Mk1 Exhaust

Just been quoted £436 (at Tyre Sales) for an exhaust - 2 sections, the Cat and the long back piece withthe 2 boxes. And they wanted 10% deposit.

I thought that was pricey. Next place I rang wanted £300.

So I went to get my deposit back and the guy is saying 'What if I match their price, in fact what if I beat it by 10%?'

I said if you can do that why didn't you do it straight away?

Not bothering with Tyre Sales any more - they used to be good on price, but they are apparently now part of the Kwik Fit group.
