Yaris Auto Locks Car Within 15 Seconds Of Opening...

Hi,

My Yaris locks itself within 15 seconds of opening it ! Is there anyway I can stop this... i'm quite happy with it not locking itself unless I simply press the button.

When i had my yaris of the same age it would relock after 30 seconds if you didnt open any of the doors or boot in that time.

The only way i found to stop it was just to open the door a little even if it was still on the catch and it wouldnt relock.

15 seconds seems a bit quick also for it to relock,but dont know why it would be doing that!

The time delay obviously is not working properly..You may need a new central locking control unit.
