New Avensis Delivery Problems

Just taken delivery of new Avensis tourer tr d-2d sat nav did not work bluetooth does not recognise my phone. The dealers demonstrator had locking system with 1st buttom push on key unlocks drivers door only 2nd push unlocks all other doors and tailgate. My key has 1 push unlocks all doors Toyota says I cannot have unlocking system as demonstrator. Why not I ask? no reply so far!
